Southern Girl Modeling is a web community and photography service company. We do not represent the models who publish their photos on our website. We are a referral service, entertainment company, portfolio hosting service, modeling talent search facility, and a photography company. Providing a service to models looking for a place online to host their digital portfolio, build their fan base and a portal for photographers and agents seeking modeling talent. SGM provides a service to models that allows them to upload digital photos of themselves to our website and save information about themselves to our database to be displayed in the results of searches conducted by photographers, agents and other interested persons who might visit our website. SGM provides a way for models who publish their digital portfolio on our website to be contacted by persons who find their portfolio on our website. However, SGM is not responsible for any interaction between the models who maintain portfolios on our website and persons who contact models through our website. SGM only provides a virtual means to connect models, photographers and casting agents. All persons who upload photos to our server, save personal information in our database, or submit their work by any other means are individually responsible to the photos they upload and the information they provide. Southern Girl Modeling retains the right to use photos submitted to us, to use on our website, flyers, advertising, and banners. Take notice that by uploading your work to Southern Girl Modeling you do give permission, understand, and agree to the terms stated above.
Contest Rules
The winner will be chosen by a poll system, where viewers may vote on who they would like to choose to be Model of the Year. S.G.M. does not have any control over the poll rating system, or is responsible for the rating system. All transactions are secured with Pay-Pal, S.G.M is does not guarantee any contestants that they will win or the outcome of the voting/poll system, we also do not guarantee rewards for the enrollment fee or fees paid to enter the Model of the Year Contest. Contestants may only enter into the contest once. If a contestant enters more than once, only one bid will be placed in the contest poll system, meaning no additional bids can be place by one individual, or groups representing a single contestant, only one enrollment per contestant. If a contestant enters more than one bid there will absolutely no refunds in any shape or form. S.G.M. is not responsible for any transactions between Pay-Pal and contestants please refer all monetary issues to Pay-Pal at 1-800-852-1973. The contest end date will be Dec. 31, 2007. All prizes will be issued out to the winner within 30 to 90 days after the contest is over.
